My "curriculum vitae" has very little of interest in the area of art. A busy life has generally steered me away from, rather than towards my love of art. I've learned mainly from "looking" - at the world, people, animals, other people's art and from workshops on subjects of interest. ARTIST'S STATEMENT I was taught and encouraged by a talented mother and by Peter Panow in Sydney. I've always loved to draw and paint and have attended workshops in areas I've wanted to explore further such as printmaking and oils. I generally work in pastel and also exhibit my drawings in pencil and mixed media. I've been commissioned to paint portraits in pastel and also love doing commissions of pets. I do life drawing for fun and to improve my skills. email:
