APPLICATION CONDITIONS

1. THERE IS A LIMIT OF 10 PARTICIPANTS TO EACH WORKSHOP.
2. WORKSHOP PLACES ARE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
3. ONLY APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE, COMPLETED ON THE SOCIETY'S FORMS, TOGETHER WITH FULL PAYMENT, ARE ACCEPTED.
4. CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF MADE LESS THAN THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE WORKSHOP.
5. WHERE A WORKSHOP IS FULL, A WAITING LIST IS KEPT IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS.

INTRODUCTION TO DRAWING	This hands-on workshop for beginners offers stimulating ways to start making drawings. Geoff, a qualified arts tutor and artist, will give you confidence to draw the world around you and your imaginary world, using a variety of subject matter. He will demonstrate and lead you through the many techniques and uses of different drawing materials. The course will cover aspects of line, composition, perspective, light, tone, surface, space, colour and experimentation, while using a variety of media and tools. The aim is for you to use drawing to express your ideas; improve your observation skills; gain knowledge about the different characteristics of drawing materials; create finished artworks - and - have fun doing this in an encouraging, supportive environment.
